Our Founding Members and Leadership Team
John Sumner is the founder and team lead for COMSRVS.com and its foundation organization the Consumer Network Organization (CNO). Dr. Sumner has a Ph.D. in Economics and 20 years of experience as a health statistician. An entrepreneur in spirit John has long been concerned about the lack of a reliable network of service providers that serve middle and lower middle-class residents of the DMV area. His expectation is that membership in this network and access to its listing of vetted service providers, will remove the guesswork and uncertainty from the process of our members engaging such providers for services.

This network is based initially in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia). Our business plan is to eventually take this network nationwide, but until further notice we are only accepting service providers whose businesses are located within the DMV into the network.
